Ingredients
| 2 tbs olive oil |
| 1 onion, chopped |
| 2 garlic cloves, minced |
| 400g beef mince |
| salt and pepper |
| 1 tbs tomato paste |
| 375ml beef stock |
| 350ml passata |
| 400g can diced tomatoes |
| 1 tsp Italian seasoning (mixed herbs) |
| 1 tsp paprika |
| 1 ½ cup macaroni |
| 1 cup grated cheese |
| Freshly chopped parsley to garnish |

| SERVES: 4 |

Method
| Heat oil in a large frying pan, then saute the onion and garlic until tender - about 5 minutes. |

|
| Add mince and cook until brown, about 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. |
|
|
| Add tomato paste and stir to coat, then pour in stock, passata, and diced tomatoes. Season with Italian seasoning and paprika, and stir in macaroni. Bring to a simmer and then cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender, about 20 minutes. |

| Remove from heat and stir through cheese. |
|
|
| Garnish with parsley before serving. |
